Shakespeare's Sister informs us that the effort to raise private US dollars for the fool's folly in Iraq has netted a grand total of $600. That is roughly .0002 cents per US citizen. Apparently that thirty some percent of the nation that still give Bush a favorable rating are a little light in the wallet.
