Bad News, Bob

It now looks like Bob Ney's is in some serious trouble. The feds have indicted David Safavian on three counts and it appears they are trying to flip him. Raw Story puts together the Ney - Safavian connection here. Safavian has the goods on Ney's golfing trip to Scotland with Jack Abramoff. Ney knowingly lied on his disclosure forms, then claimed he was duped by Abramoff. An Abramoff e-mail to his client (Tiqua Indian Tribe) reads, "[Ney] had a great time and is very grateful but is not going to mention the trip to Scotland for obvious reasons. He said he'll show his thanks in other ways, which is what we want."

Ney claims that Abramoff is lying, but when he met with Abramoff's client he reportedly told them, "I want to thank you — I had a great time. You all were so generous." It sounds to me like Ney is the one that is lying.

Did you see My name is Earl?

It is fucking hilarious! It has that magic eye guy from Mallrats and Jason Lee.

It is extremely anti network which I read in reviews but did not believe it.

Hopefully with DVD sales of cult shows being so high, NBC will give it a couple of years before they ax it.
