You're not going to believe this. FEMA just hired a consultant to figure out what went wrong with their response to the hurricanes. That consultant is none other than Mike Brown. That truly is making a commitment to keep on fucking up. Bush is going to get skewered on this even though I doubt he knew about it in advance.
