I just watched miles O'Brien standing in driving rain and wind almost getting blown away when Tony Harrison suggested he seek safety. At that point O'Brien said he was okay, then took three steps forward where he was completely shielded from the weather and said that this was his fallback position. No wind, no rain.
Way to get out in the weather Miles.
