Things Your Parents Would Say

Senator Diane Feinstein as relayed by Andrew Rasiej at TPM Cafe:

"Senator Daschle, the Internet is full of pornography and pedophilia, and until that's clean up, I don't think the Senate should be on the Internet."

I like Diane Feinstein, and let's face it, there are not a lot of technocrats on the Hill, but this is an incredibly silly statement. I wonder how many other Senators in that caucus thought the same thing, but didn't speak up?
