Their Stories Don't Match

Bob Taft says he found out about the Noe coin fund in April of this year. Tom Noe's lawyer says his client briefed Taft in May of 2001. One of them is lying, but I don't know which one. Both have very good reasons to lie, and I can't really get a read on who's telling the truth.
