On CNN Daybreak, they always do a good morning...insert a US city here... tower cam shot of that city. For the last month or so, it has been Miami every day, save one that was Tampa. It's not for the beautiful sunrise, the sun isn't even up there yet. I wonder if they bought the rights to a local Miami station's tower camera for a set period of time when the sandstorm hit last month and are too cheap to buy others.
