Radioactive Spy?

If there is one story in the news lately that has absolutely fascinated me, it's that of former KGB Col. Alexander Litvinenko who was poisoned earlier this month by thallium, a component in rat poison. The latest on Litvinenko is that he is now believed to have been poisoned with radioactive thallium which would almost certainly indicate state level participation in his assassination attempt.

Did the Russian government do it? The Russian mob?
