Gun, Meet Mouth

If this story in USA Today is true, I might as well go ahead and check out now. Insomnia gets worse as you age? That sucks. OK, I already sleep as poorly as humanly possible and still be functional. Four hours is pretty much a long sleep for me now, and that is after a long night visiting one or more of the many quality local purveyors of spirits.

Hope I die before I get old.

It has been shown over the long term that drinking is a known cause of insomnia! And while drinking may help you "fall asleep" you will rest as you would with a normal nights sleep.
