Filibuster Deal Dead

Okay, one last post before I turn on myself. The Carpetbagger report is reporting that the deal twelve Senators put together to avoid the nuclear option is dead. When it was reported in yesterday's Roll Call, right wing extremists went nuts and Trent Lott went running for some James Dobson man love.
