Election Day

Today is Election day in Ohio. Don't forget to vote. Here in Columbus we're looking at about an 8% turnout. Pretty pathetic. In an election with such a small turnout, precious few votes can make the difference. So, if you think your vote doesn't matter, your wrong. Ha, I just heard a GOTV commercial on a London, England radio station. The ad said "If you don't do politics, there isn't much that you do do." That sums it up better than I can.

FWIW, these are the candidates and issues I'm supporting today.

Columbus City Council

Kevin Boyce
Mary Jo Hudson
Maryellen O'Shaughnessy

Columbus School Board

Andy Ginther
Betty Drummond

Yes on Issue 2

Update: I just heard an ad on local radio to vote yes on the Chillicothe City Schools levy. They commissioned a country music song to urge people to vote yes. Very funny.
