A third indictment has been issued against Tom Delay. It seems to match the first one so I'm not sure what the deal is on that. The penalty for the money laundering charge is five to life so he's looking at some real time. This grand jury issued both indictments in one day so the evidence must be pretty strong.
Has Delay surrendered his passport yet?

Arianna has some publishing lowdown: "Sources tell me that Judy Miller is telling friends that she has made a $1.2 million book deal with Simon & Schuster."
Judy Miller should be fined for every dollar she has forced Fitzgerald and the American people to spend on here wild goose chase. It has to be in the millions.
