Former DC mayor and current city councilman Marion Barry was back on the pipe, baby. The Washington Post reports that Barry failed a mandatory drug test after pleading guilty to misdemeanor tax charges last fall for failing to file taxes in the last six years. Barry reportedly had cocaine in his system.
Really, if you still haven't figured it out by age 69, going back to rehab seems kind of pointless.
